摘 要:以当年生红桤木嫩枝为试验材料,研究植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、处理时间对红桤木嫩枝插穗生根的影响,并从解剖学角度揭示其插穗的生根机制。结果表明:经250 mg/L GGR-6处理的红桤木嫩枝插穗生根效果最优;其生根形式为混合生根,皮部生根为主要生根方式,生根部位主要集中在下切口1.5 cm范围内;不定根根原基由髓射线和形成层交界处的薄壁组织细胞和愈伤组织细胞分化而来。The effects of different types of plant growth regulators,concentration and treatment time on the rooting of softwood cuttings of Alnus rubra were studied by taking the first year tender shoots as experimental material,and the rooting mechanism was explored by anatomical observation.The results showed that the best rooting effect of A.rubra softwood cuttings was obtained by soaking the cuttings with 250 mg /L GGR-6 solution for 2 h.The rooting mechanism was mixed though bark rooting was the main type,and the roots mainly took place within 1.5 cm length from the lower end of the cuttings.The adventitious root primordium of the cuttings was mainly differentiated from the vascular cambium parenchyma cell and callus cells between the pith ray and cambium.
