摘　　要：分析了气动气控呼吸机特点与现状,简要介绍了新型气动气控袖珍急救转运呼吸机的原理、特点及临床应用情况,通过分析认为该新型袖珍急救转运呼吸机能够满足急救转运所要求的操作快捷、简便,具有基本通气模式、必要的监测和报警功能,体积小、重量轻、持续工作时间长的特点,有较大的推广应用价值。Analyses are made on the features and updates of pneumatically powered and controlled ventilators, briefing the principles, features and clinical application of new -type pneumatically powered and controlled emer- gency ＆ transport mini - ventilators. These analyses lead to the belief that these new models can meet the needs of easy, quick and convenient handling in the course of emergency ＆ transport, with basic mode of ventilation, indis- pensable monitoring and alarming system , while enjoying small size, light weight and long duration of working hours. With all these merits, these portable ventilators are of great value of to be popularized.
