摘 要:根据二级学院教研室的教学发展,结合科学发展观的应用,全方位教学质量监控体系对课评形式进行了创新,开创了监控专家与教师面对面的课评和监控专家与教师们对比性的课评的新形式,并对不同对象实施不同形式的课评。课评形式的创新促进了教师之间、教师与监控专家之间的学习与交流,提高了课评的效率和教师整体教学质量。According to the teaching development of departments in the secondary college and the application of the scientific development out- look, course evaluation forms have been innovated by all-round teaching quality monitoring system, which has created new forms of face-to-face and comparative teaching evaluation between supervisors and teachers. Different teachers have been evaluated by different forms. The pattern' s innovation of teaching evaluation can promote learning and communication between teachers and supervisors or among teachers themselves. The efficiency of teaching evaluation and the assessment of teachers' overall teaching quality have been greatly improved.
