摘　　要：党的十八大报告把生态文明建设放在突出地位,要求生态文明建设融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程,是生态文明战略的创新性表述。生态文明建设的目标是中国特色社会主义生态文明,以"人与自然"和"人与人"的双重和谐统一为目标。生态文明建设的路径是转变经济发展方式;建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会;加强制度建设,建立科学合理的社会制度是关键。The construction of ecological civilization is put in a prominent position in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC. The requirement to build the ecological civilization in aU aspects and the whole process in the construction of economy, politics, culture and society is an innovative statement of the strategy of the ecological civilization. The construction of ecological civilization is to build a socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and its goal is to realize the double standards of harmony and unity between ＂human and nature＂ and ＂people and people＂. The path of ecological civilization construction is to shift the mode of economic development, to build a resource - saving and environment - friendly society, to promote the system construction so as to establish a scientific and reasonable social system.
