摘 要:针对钢管混凝土双肢柱肩梁设计方法相关规范、规程不统一的现状,究竟哪种设计方法更符合实际?论文以合肥合锻机床股份有限公司重型压力机装配1#厂房工程中钢管混凝土双肢柱单腹板边柱肩梁为研究对象,通过建立有限元分析模型,分析其在最不利水平荷载和竖向荷载作用下的受力性能。将有限元模拟结果与现有肩梁设计方法的理论计算结果进行比较,对比分析结果表明肩梁多以剪切变形为主,考虑部分翼缘有效是比较合理的设计方法,同时提出了提高肩梁承载能力的相关技术措施,为类似钢管混凝土单腹板肩梁设计提供参考。In the light of relating codes of double steel tube-confined concrete columns shoulder-beam design methods are not unified situation and which kind of design methods is more accord with the ac- tuality on earth. The paper took the single-web shoulder-beam in side column member of double steel tube-confined concrete columns which were used in heavy press assembly 1 ~ factory in Hefei Metal- forming Machine Tool Co. , Ltd for studying object and analysised its mechanical properties under the most unfavorable horizontal load and vertical load through the established finite element model. Com- pared simulation results with theoretical calculated values of the current design methods, the compara- tive analysis results showed that the main damage form of shoulder-beam is shear failure, and consid- ering part flange action of shoulder-beam is a reasonable design method. At the same time, we put forward some related technical measures in improving the bearing capacity of shoulder beam, providing reference for relevant engineering design of shoulder-beam in steel tube-confined concrete columns.
