摘　　要：近年来,我国蔬菜价格波动频繁且剧烈。本文分析了导致蔬菜价格风险的形成原因,如自然灾害、信息不对称、市场组织化程度低、流通环节复杂、蔬菜加工程度低、热钱炒作等。并提出稳定蔬菜价格的对策建议。In recent years, the prices of vegetables are fluctuating frequently and violently. This paper analyzes the causes that lead to the risk of the price of vegetables, such as natural disasters, information asymmetry, the low degree of market organization, the complexity of the circulation, the low degree of pro- cessing vegetables, hot money speculation. According to regression results propose the suggestions to stabi- lize the prices of vegetables.
