摘　　要：近年来,随着南宁市城镇化与工业化的快速推进,城乡建设用地供需矛盾日益凸显。定量分析2015年和2020年南宁市城乡建设用地供需状况,科学测算这两个时点南宁市、县(城区)建设用地缺口,最后提出增加南宁市建设用地有效供给的对策建议。With the acceleration of the urbanization and industrialization in Nanning, supply-demand contradiction turns to be increasingly dominant. A quantitative analysis is conducted on urban-rural construction land in 2015 and 2020 in Nanning in an attempt to calculate the gaps of urban-rural construction land at the two points in time. And ultimately, a strategy is proposed for increasing effective supply of urban-rural construction
