摘　　要：为了给植物组织培养技术的建立提供理论依据,推动植物快速繁殖和品种遗传改良,介绍不同转化受体系统特点及其在生产实践中的应用。主要讨论愈伤组织、原生质体、游离小孢子作为受体系统在植物组织培养、育种和转基因等方面的作用。In order to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of plant tissue culture and promote rapid propagation and genetic improvement of plants,this articial described the different transformation receptor system and the application of production practices.Meanwhile,it mainly discussed the function of the callus,protoplast,isolated microspore as a receptor system in plant tissue culture,breeding and transgenic.
