风信子紫色情感组培快繁技术研究

摘　　要：以风信子"紫色情感"鳞片为试验材料,开展了外植体的选择,诱导培养基、继代培养基、大鳞茎培养基以及生根培养基的筛选试验。结果表明:适宜风信子"紫色情感"组培快繁的外植体为内鳞片,诱导培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA5.0mg/L,继代扩繁培养基为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,大鳞茎诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+KH2PO4 0.4 mg/L,生根诱导培养基为MS+IBA 2 mg/L。Using the scales of Hyacinthus orientalis′purple emotions′as experimental materials,this paper carried out the selection of the explants,the induction medium,the subculture medium,the large bulbs medium and the rooting medium.The results showed that the suitable′purple emotions′ to tissue culture and rapid propagation of explants was inner scales,the induction medium was MS＋NAA 0.5 mg/L＋6-BA 5.0 mg/L,the subculture medium was MS＋NAA 0.5 mg/L＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L,the large bulb medium was MS＋6-BA 0.1 mg/L＋KH2PO4 0.4 mg/L,the rooting medium was MS＋IBA 2 mg/L.
