摘　　要：合理的工业结构是国民经济持续发展的重要保证。在转变经济发展方式、加强工业转型升级的背景下,作为我国老工业基地之一的洛阳市,提高工业竞争能力、推动工业经济结构调整己成为备受关注的焦点。结合洛阳市工业发展的实际情况,分析现阶段洛阳工业经济发展存在的问题及原因,提出相关的对策建议,可以充分发挥洛阳工业经济增长的优势。A reasonable industrial structure is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of national economy. Under the situation to transform the model of economic growth and to strengthen the industrial transformation and improvement, Luoyang city faces the challenges to improve industrial competition and to promote structural adjustment of industrial economy. Based on the facts, this thesis analyzes the current problems and causes to improve industrial economy and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to make full use of the advantages contributing to growth of industrial economy.
