兼职工作中多重角色卷入对个体收益的影响——以澳大利亚从事文化产业工作的女性为例

摘　　要：以澳大利亚从事文化产业工作的女性为例,从静态层面、主观平衡发展以及兼职工作的危害角度分析其对女性个体收益的影响,可以得出结论:观察分析的角度决定多重角色的影响是积极还是消极;从旁观者的角度出发,更倾向于由客观的角度来探讨;而就女性个体而言,她们更愿意从自身幸福和满足感这类主观感受出发考虑工作的收益。The research analyzes the influences of part-time employment upon the female working in cultural industry in Australia from the following aspects ： static imbalance, personal development and perils of part-time employment. It is concluded that the viewpoint from which is observed determines the consequences of muhi- roles, that bystanders would analyze the issue from objective perspectives, whereas female patlicipants would tend to decide beneficial effects from subjective factors in terms of their satisfaction and happiness.
