摘　　要：明中叶以后,随着商品经济的发展和市民阶层的壮大,使得商人这个曾经处于"士农工商"四民之末的角色开始活跃在了历史的舞台上。"三言"中商人发迹变泰的故事扭转了历史上商人无奸不商的形象。After the middle period of Ming dynasty, along with economic development and growing civilian, businessmen who had ever been humble station began to be active on the historical stage. The story of a man rise to power and position in San Yan changed the profiteers＇ image.
