摘　　要：本文介绍了隐性失业理论的起源 ,并从理论上分析了发展中国家在工业化过程中隐　　性失业的成因。在此基础上 ,着重探讨了目前中国农村地区的隐性失业情况 。This paper introduces the origin of the implicit unemployment theory and analyzes the reasons of implicit unemployment in the process of industrialization in the developing countries. On above theoretic basis, this paper focuses on the situation of implicit unemployment in rural China, and estimates the number of implicit unemployment with a econometric model.
