越南与新加坡双边经贸关系研究(1973年—2013年)

摘　　要：1973年8月1日,越南与新加坡建立外交关系,因特殊国际环境,双方处于对峙状态。1991年,冷战结束,两国政治关系日渐缓和,双方建立对话机制,高层互访频繁,合作共识加深。20年来,双边经贸合作卓有成效。2007年1月11日,越南正式"入世",标志着双边经贸关系迈入全面发展新阶段,在WTO体系下,双边经贸合作具有广阔的发展前景。Vietnam and Singapore established diplomatic relation on 1st August 1973, but the two countries are in opposition in the special interna- tional environment. The relation of two countries has relaxation since the end of Cold War in 1991; Vietnam and Singapore governments have built a dialogue mechanism. And the high-level of two countries governments have exchanged frequently and the common consensus of cooperation have in- creasingly deepened. After 20 years, the bilateral economic and trade cooperation has acquired prominent accomplishments. The bilateral economic and trade of Vietnam-Singapore will has a bright and broad prospects under the WTO system.
