超声检测晚孕期子宫下段厚度在疤痕子宫再次分娩的应用价值

摘　　要：目的应用超声检测晚孕期子宫下段厚度在疤痕子宫再次分娩中的应用价值。方法晚孕正常组100例(A组)、疤痕子宫再次妊娠组(B组)80例,超声经腹部高频探头测量所有孕妇的子宫下段厚度,疤痕子宫行剖宫产者术中经腹腔高频探头测量子宫疤痕中段厚度结果进行分析。结果 A、B组子宫下段厚度有显著差异(P<0.05),术前子宫下段厚度术中子宫疤痕厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫破裂组与子宫完好组子宫下段厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声检测晚孕期子宫下段厚度在疤痕子宫再次分娩有重要的应用价值。Objective To the discuss value of examination the depth of lower uterine segment in the late pregnat recurrent uterine scar. Methods The depth of lower uterine segment hundred normal late pregnacy （group A） ,eithty recurrent uterine scar （group B） were measured by utrousound. The depth of scar on uterine with scar while birth operation going on were measured. Results There were signifiieant difference in the depth of lower uterine segment between group A and group B （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no signifiicant difference in the depth of lower uterine segment between uterine with seal＂ before and in birth operation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were signifiicant difference in the depth of lower uterine segment between the group with bursting uterine and the group with perfect uterine （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The examination on the depth of lower uterine segment in the late pregnat have important values on recurrent uterine scar.
