摘　　要：目的报告分析中老年甲减症误诊为神经精神疾病病例,提高临床医师对甲减患者的识别能力。方法对18例急慢性误诊为神经精神疾病的甲减患者临床诊治资料进行分析。结果成年人甲减多见神经精神症状,易误诊。结论本病临床症状缺乏特异性,应提高对本病的诊断水平,便于及时治疗。Objective To analyse the cases misdiagnosised as Neurological and psychiatric disorders of old hypothyroidism, improve the clinical physician for the hypothyroidism patient＇s recognition ability.. Methods 18 cases of acute or chronic misdiagnosed as neurological and psychiatric disorders hypothyroidism patients＇ clinical diagnosis and treatment of data analysis. Results Adults see more hypothyroidism neuropsychiatric symptoms, fallibility misdiagnosed. Conclusion This lack of specificity, clinical symptoms, Should raise the level of the diagnosis, facilitate timely treatment
