摘　　要：以四川省基础测绘信息成果为基础,从辅助防汛指挥决策的角度研究了四川防汛决策支持系统的策略和目标,初步构建了四川省防汛决策支持系统,并将成果应用于2012年防汛实际工作,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,研究的支持策略和模型方法对其他地区防汛决策支持系统的建立具有一定的参考意义和实用价值。Base on surveying and mapping information in Sichuan province, a flood control decision support system has been developed to assist policy-making during flood events. The application of the system during 2012 flood season demonstrates a success, and it is beneficial to the society both socially and economically. The strategy and methodology described in the paper might help other regions in working on flood control decision support system.
