摘　　要：对物业管理中的电梯收费问题进行了分析,得到一个住户付费与居住人口、楼层高度及人口分布都有关的由两个一次函数构成的分段函数。为了避免函数的单值性,作者给出了一个采用空函数的程序设计,这样可使程序结构更清晰,能快速计算出每一住户的应缴费用,为物业管理提供了方便、合理的算法。In analyzing the problem on charge for using elevator, the author gets a segmental function consisting of two linear functions related to the number of household and height and population distribution. In order to avoid the one value function offers, the author gives a program that uses void function, thus letting the structure of program much clearer, which can quickly calculate the cost which household should pay, and provide a reasonable and convenient algorithm for property management
