摘 要:黄、红麻是我国重要的经济作物和良好的纤维原料,目前其收获基本沿袭传统的手工作业方式,劳动强度大,生产效率和经济效益低,围绕其生产需要开展收获加工机具的研究,一直是我国麻类机械科研的重要课题之一。本文介绍了4HB—480型黄、红麻剥皮机的研究设计及试验示范情况,结果表明:该机剥净率>90%,纯工作小时鲜皮生产率在1000㎏/h以上,大大的减轻了劳动强度,且工作稳定,性能可靠,方便田间地头作业,为当前适用于黄、红麻收剥作业的机型之一。Jute and kenaf are important economic crops and their fibers are good raw material for textile industry in our country, however, the harvesting process has been largely relying on the traditional manual methods which are of high labor intensity, low efficiency and low economic benefits. The study on the harvesting machine has been an important issue in the field of fiber crop - harvesting machinery. The design idea and experimental demonstration about jute/kenaf peeling machine 4HB -480 were de- scribed in this article, the results of demonstration tests showed that its peeling efficiency was over 90%, and the output of fresh bark was over 1000 kg/h. It reduced labor intensity greatly, and showed reliable performance, high efficiency, and which can be easily used in the fields.
