摘　　要：简要介绍打破中温变换催化剂传统逐段氧化方式,三段同时通入空气进行氧化。在催化剂不同的氧化阶段分别采用空压机、罗茨风机、高压机输送空气供氧化。在保证安全的前提下缩短气体流程、加快热量带出。通过氧化方式的改变,催化剂氧化时间比传统氧化方式缩短了两天。The paper briefly introduces three-section air oxidation at the same time on high-temperature shift catalyst instead of traditional pieeewise oxidation. In different oxidation phase of catalysts, we supply air by roots blower, air compressor, high pressure machine respectively. Shorten process of gas and quicken speed up heat bring out under premise of ensuring safety. Catalyst oxidation time is a few days shorter than conventional oxidation by changes of oxidation method.
