摘　　要：介绍了在非战争军事行动中个人防护装备技术面临的威胁因素、个人防护装备的选择与使用,分析了非战争军事行动对个人防护装备技术的需求,简要论述了国内外个人防护装备技术的现状与发展趋势,提出了非战争军事行动个人防护装备建设的总体设想,并指出了个人防护装备在应用中需注意的主要问题。The threatening factor analysis, the selection and use of the individual protective equipment for mihtary operations other than war were introduced, the requirments of the IPE and their technologies for the military opera- tions were analyzed, the situation and their future development trends of the IPE home and abroad were briefly in- troduced, the overall plans for the development of the IPE for military operations other than war were proposed, and the chief issues needed to be attention during the application of the IPE were pointed out.
