摘　　要：本文主要分析了项目知识管理能力与监理企业核心竞争力的关系以及面向监理企业核心竞争力的项目知识管理能力要素,探讨了项目知识管理能力的评价方法。研究内容对监理企业的知识管理和竞争力的提升具有一定参考价值。The relationship between the capacity of project knowledge management and the core competence of supervision enterprises as well as the main factors of the supervision enterprises core competence faced capacity of project knowledge management are mainly analyzed herein, and then the method for evaluating the capacity of project knowledge management is also discussed. The study has a certain value of reference for enhancing the knowledge management and competence of the supervision enterprises concerned.
