摘  要:本文研究了温度和寄主对烯虫酯控制谷蠹效能的影响。结果表明,温度和寄主并没有显著影响烯虫酯控制谷蠹的效能,但温度和寄主显著影响了谷蠹的后代种群,且与烯虫酯应用浓度均有显著的交互作用。基于此,本研究建议烯虫酯可与温度相结合共同控制谷蠹。The effect of temperature and host on the efficacy of methoprene for control of Rhyzopertha dominica was studied. The results showed that temperature and host did not significantly affect the efficacy of methoprene. However, temperature and host both influenced the progeny population of R. dominica, and their relationship with the application rate of methoprene was remarkable. Based on these studies, we suggested that methoprene in combination with temperature can be used to control R. dominica.
