摘 要:转基因抗虫水稻的研发和应用为害虫的防治提供了新策略。目前,全球已培育出近50个转基因抗虫水稻品系,大部分均已进入田间试验阶段,鉴于其环境安全性及食品安全性,还未进行商业化种植。本文在对全球转基因抗虫水稻研发和应用现状综述的基础上,分析了我国转基因抗虫水稻发展面临的机遇及所存在的问题,并结合我国水稻生产的实际情况,提出了目前我国转基因抗虫水稻的发展策略,以期为转基因抗虫水稻的研发、应用及安全监管提供科学依据。The development and application of insect resistant GM rice provide a new strategy for the control of rice pests. At present, about 50 insect resistant GM rice lines have been obtained in the world and most of them have entered the field test stages. However, none of them have been approved to be commercially used in the world due to their potential environmental and food risk. The COITesponding prospective strategies for the development of insect resistant GM rice in China are proposed based on their current developmental state in the world, facing opportunities and difficulties and actual conditions of rice production in China. These can provide the scientific bases for the development, application and risk management of insect resistant GM rice in China.
