摘 要:为筛选出能在室内大量繁殖橡胶盔蚧及其寄生蜂的寄主材料,用橡胶苗、马铃薯苗、扶桑苗、柠檬和南瓜等5种材料进行了饲养试验,通过比较蚧虫存活率、接种蚧虫的难易、蚧虫适宜度、寄主材料的耐保存度、寄主材料室内生长和存放的适合度、寄主材料的管理难易、接种和回收寄生蜂的难易、防止寄生蜂逃逸的难易等8项指标,最终确定南瓜为理想的寄主材料。To screen hosts for multiplication of Parasaissetia nigra and its parasitiods wasps indoor, rearing test was done using seedlings of Hevea brasiliensis, seedlings of Solanum tuberosum, seedlings of Hibiscus rosa - sinensis, fruits of Citrus limon and fruits of Cucurbita moschata. In the process of the test, eight terms were compared respectively with hosts including survival rate of the scale insects, degree of' difficulty to inoculate the scale insects, fitness of the scale insects to hosts, storage time of the hosts, whether hosts suiting for growing or placement indoor or not, hosts' management level of difficulty, the level of difficulty to inoculate or withdraw parasitic wasps and to prevent their escape. Finally, C. moschata was confirmed as the optimal host.
