摘　　要：目的总结老年垂体巨腺瘤患者手术的护理要点及方法。方法对158例老年垂体巨腺瘤患者进行手术治疗,术前给予心理护理及常规护理,术后加强病情观察和护理。结果 158例患者均得到全面细致的围术期护理,没有护理并发症出现。结论掌握老年垂体巨腺瘤患者易出现水、电解质平衡紊乱及心力衰竭的发病机制,术后精心护理,及早发现并发症,使患者得到及时治疗是降低死亡率的关键。Objective To summarize the nursing key point and methods of gaint pituitary tumor resection in elderly patients. Methods Operations were underwent for gaint pituitary adenomas in 158 elderly patients, they were given psychological care and routine care before and after the surgery, and the care and observation were strengthened after the surgery. Results One hundred and fifty-eight cases of patients were given meticulous perioperative care, no care complications occurred. Conclusion Mastering the pathogenesis of heart failure and imbalance of electrolytes in elderly patients who got pituitary adenomas, strengthening perioperative nursing care and finding the complication in time, which can made patients get timely treatment and decrease mortality rate.
