摘　　要：目的探讨乳旁加奶器对提高母乳喂养的作用。方法选择本院2012年5～9月生产的新生儿及其母亲400例,随机分为实验组和对照组各200例。实验组以母乳喂养为基础,同时配合乳旁加奶器的应用;对照组则采取纯母乳喂养,对于乳汁不足者用小勺添加配方奶。分别观察两组母亲乳房胀痛情况、母乳达充足时间及纯母乳喂养率、母儿睡眠情况等方面。结果经χ2检验,实验组在母亲乳房胀痛情况、母乳达充足时间及纯母乳喂养率、母儿睡眠情况等方面均优于对照组。结论在本研究中,以母乳喂养为基础,配合乳旁加奶器的应用,可有效降低乳房胀痛情况,有效提高纯母乳喂养率,提高新生儿睡眠质量,促进新生儿新陈代谢,促进生长发育。Objective To investigate the effect of breast side milk feeder in improving breast feeding. Methods Four hundred newborns and mothers labored in our hospital from May to September 2012 were selected and randomly as- signed to trial group and control group, 200 cases respectively. The trial group was given applying breast side milk feeder on the base of breast feeding, while the control group only breast feeding, adding formula milk with spoon for those lack of breast milk. In both groups, the breast tenderness, time of getting adequate milk, the rate of exclusive breast feeding, and sleeping quality of newborns and mothers were observed. Results After chi-square test, the breast tenderness, time of getting adequate milk, the rate of exclusive breast feeding, and sleeping quality of newborns and mothers in trial group were superior to those in control group. Conclusion In the present study, the applying of breast side milk feeder on the base of breast feeding can effectively alleviate breast tenderness and improve the rate of exclu- sive breast feeding, sleeping quality, metabolism, and growth development of newborns.
