摘  要:文章针对钢铁行业综合废水的水质特点,采用超滤+反渗透双膜工艺处理回用水厂外排废水。超滤预处理产水SDI15<3.5满足后续反渗透膜的深度处理进水要求。超滤在反洗周期40 min,反洗时间60 s的情况下运行稳定性良好。采用抗污染反渗透膜对废水电导率的脱除效果较理想,脱盐率大于99%,COD的去除率约65%,对硬度的脱除率达到100%,在连续运行过程中,反渗透的通量和脱盐率表现出良好的稳定性且完全满足设计循环水用水标准。According to the quality characteristics of iron and steel wastewater, UF+RO is designed as the depth treatment method for wastewater reuse .The water production ofUF SDI15〈3.5, meet the following reverse osmosis membrane water requirements. Under 40 min for backwash cycle and 60s backwash time, UF has a stable operation. The antipollution reverse osmosis membrane also has great performance, with 99 % desalination rate, 65 % COD removal rate, and can totally removal water hardness. In the long running time, the membrane filtered water production fully meet the circulating water standard, and have the ideal throughput and desalination performance.
