摘  要:以城市生活污泥为原料,添加不同比例的菌菇渣及秸秆作为调理剂,进行好氧堆肥试验,通过测定堆肥过程中温度、含水率、pH值、电导率、总磷、总氮、氨氮、硝态氮及重金属含量等参数的变化,研究调理剂对堆肥效果的影响。结果表明:城市生活污泥加入菌菇渣和秸秆堆肥处理后,产品腐熟度、重金属含量及种子发芽指数等指标均符合国家的农用标准。污泥、菌菇渣、秸秆按湿重比1.000∶0.600∶0.025的处理,堆体含水率低;升温速度快,维持55℃以上达到16 d;氮损失量为27.62%,损失最少;种子发芽指数为86.1%,堆肥效果在3个处理中总体表现最好。Different proportions of mushroom residue and straw were added into the sewage sludge to study the effects on aerobic composting. Changes of temperatures, moisture contents, pH values, conductivities, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and heavy metal contents during eomposting were measured. The results showed that the heavy metals, germination indexes and maturities of the composts met the national standard for agricultural application. The proportion of sludge, mushroom residue and straw by wet weight at 1. 000 : 0. 600 : 0. 025 had the best composting effect among three treatments, in which the temperature ran up faster and maintained above 55 ℃ for 16 d, with the least nitrogen loss of 27. 62% and lower water content, and the seed germination index was 86. 1%. This study might be valuable for recycling application of sewage sludge.
