摘 要:首先以多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)为原料,水为化学发泡剂,正戊烷为物理发泡剂,二甲基硅油为泡沫稳定剂,三乙烯二胺为催化剂,PAPI与聚乙二醇(PEG)反应优化制备了硬质聚氨酯泡沫。制备优化工艺条件为异氰酸酯指数1.15,以20份(质量)PEG-400为标准,依次添加23份PAPI,0.2份二甲基硅油、0.2份水、1.5份正戊烷和0.02份三乙烯二胺;在此基础上,添加0.4%(以PEG-400计)纳米纤维素(NCC),碱木质素替代PEG-400用量10%的情况下制备了NCC/碱木质素硬质聚氨酯泡沫。Under the condition of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate(PAPI) as raw material,water as chemical foaming agent,n-pentane as physical blowing agent,dimethyl silicone as foam stabilizer,triethylenediamine as catalyst,the rigid polyurethane foam was prepared by PAPI reacting with polyethylene glycol(PEG).20 parts(mass fraction) of PEG-400 as standard,optimal preparation conditions of polyurethane foam were isocyanate index 1.15,23 parts of PAPI,0.2 parts of dimethyl silicone,0.2 parts of water,1.5 parts of n-pentane,and 0.02 parts of triethylenediamine.On the basis of this condition,NCC/alkali lignin based rigid polyurethane foam was prepared with addding 0.4 % NCC(calculated as PEG-400),adding 10 % alkali lignin in order to replace the dosage of PEG-400.
