高效镜面油墨脱墨剂的研制

摘　　要：采用两性表面活性剂,强碱,醇类,分散剂和螯合剂制备液体脱墨剂。试验结果发现最佳液体脱墨剂组成为30%BS-12两性表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂X、0.2%Na2CO3、1.5%Na2SO4。该脱墨剂在温度为70℃,加热时间为10min,超声10min的条件下使用,脱墨效果最好。Amphoteric surfactant,alkali,alcohol,dispersing agent and chelating agent were used to prepare liquid deinking agent.The test results show that optimum process of the liquid deinking agent is as follows：BS-12 amphoteric surface active agent 30 %,anionic surface active agent X,Na2CO3 0.2 % and Na2SO4 1.5 %.Under the conditions of temperature of 70 ℃,heating time of 10 min and ultrasound of 10 min,the performance of the deinking agent is the best.
