LED研究热点与前沿的知识图谱分析——基于SCIE中三种代表刊

摘　　要：选取Web of Science平台上SCIE数据库中收录的LED领域的3种国际代表性期刊1999-2011年间的论文为研究对象,利用信息可视化软件CiteSpaceⅡ对引文数据和主题词数据进行分析和处理,生成了LED领域的共被引网络知识图谱和共现混合网络知识图谱。通过绘制知识图谱,展示了LED领域研究的时空分布,分析了LED研究领域中主要学术人物、重要被引文献和主要研究领域,揭示了LED研究领域的发展演化过程、研究热点与前沿发展趋势。Based on the papers published in the 3 leading journals on Light Emitting Diode （ LED ） in SCIE database of Web of Science during the period of 1999-2011, this paper mapped the creating hybrid network of cited articles and citing terms in LED field by analyzing and manipulating the cited data and keywords with the newly developed information visualization software CiteSapceII. It shows the distri- bution of time, geographic regions and institutions of the LED research, analyzes its leading characters, key cited articles and main direc- tions, and reveals its evolutionary process, hot issues, scientific frontiers and emerging trends.
