基于多主体建模的学术社区知识共享行为仿真分析

摘　　要：基于调查构建学术社区知识共享行为的多主体概念模型,并借助多主体建模工具进行仿真模拟,展示学术社区主体间知识共享的动态过程,通过对社区样本进行模拟与预测,结果显示:理工类社区与人文管理类社区成员构成随时间的推移有不同趋势的变化;两类学术社区知识共享形式的不同,理工学科版社区的知识共享形式属于问答式;管理科学版社区的知识共享形式则属于发布式。The multi-agent conceptual model of knowledge sharing behavior in the academic communities is built based on a survey. The dynamic process of knowledge sharing in academic communities is shown by means of multi-agent modeling simulation. Furthermore, the simulation and predication of the sample is done. The result shows that the trends of membership feature in humanity-management commu- nities are different from that of engineering-science communities. Meanwhile, the two types of community have different knowledge-sha- ring forms： a question-and-answer form in science-engineering communities and a release form in humanity-management communities.
