两种评价方法在民用建筑室内空气品质评价中的比较

摘　　要：为了解分贝指数法在室内空气品质评价方面的适用性和可行性,根据桂林市某4栋住宅楼的实测结果,分别采用分贝指数法和综合指数法对室内的空气品质进行了评价。结果表明,两种评价方法各有优劣:分贝指数法选择的评价指标少,容易评价,但对于未测的参数如有超标其结果将会有较大的偏差,分贝指数法更侧重于主观感受;综合指数法侧重于客观评价,选择的指标多,测试复杂,投入成本大,但综合指数计算结果偏小,由此确定的等级有时会低于环境质量分级基准。In order to understand the applicability and feasibility of the decibel concept index method for indoor air quality evaluation,according to the objective survey,indoor air quality is evaluated respectively with the decibel concept index and the composite index in four residential buildings in Guilin.The results show that the two evaluation methods have their own advantages.The decibel concept index method with less assessment indexs,is easy to evaluate.But there will be a big deviation if some unmeasured parameter value is overproof.The decibel concept index will more focus on subjective feelings,while the composite index method focuses on objective evaluation,with many assessment indexs,complex tests and costs.But the composite index calculation is small,and sometimes the garde is lower than the environmental quality grading benchmark.
