药物流产后阴道出血时间延长的B超监测体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物流产后B超监测在治疗阴道出血时间延长中的价值及应用意义。方法:对2011年2月—2012年3月间在我院进行药流出现阴道出血时间延长并在B超监测下进行治疗的102例患者进行分析研究。结果:102例患者中有76例B超检测有异常回声,对患者进行清宫治疗,宫腔清出物病理检测为绒毛组织及坏死的蜕膜机化物,B超监测诊断率为100%;36例患者B超监测宫腔内无明显异常回声,常规治疗,33例一周内出血停止,3例患者治疗效果不好,复行诊刮书,刮出物为坏死的蜕膜组织,B超监测诊断率为91.67%。结论:B超监测能准确对宫腔内有无残留物做出诊断,避免对患者盲目治疗,对于减少阴道出血时间有很强的应用价值。Objective： To investigate the drug application significance in the treatment of vaginal abortion after B ultrasound monitoring in value and bleeding time. Methods： 2011 February-2012 March in our hospital for medical shedding appear prolonged vaginal bleeding and 102 patients in B ultrasound monitoring analysis. Results： of the 102 patients there were 76 cases of B ultrasound detection of abnormal echo, treatment of patients with uterine curettage, Miya Shi by pathology detection of chorionic villi and decidua machine necrosis, B ultrasound diagnosis rate was 100%; 36 patients with B ultrasound monitoring uterine cavity showed no abnormal echo, conventional therapy, 33 cases a week in 3 patients bleeding stopped, the treatment effect is not good, complex curettage book, scrapings for necrosis of the decidua, B ultrasound diagnosis rate was 91.67%. Conclusion： B ultrasound monitoring can accurately for intrauterine residue or not make the diagnosis, to avoid blind treatment of patients to reduce the bleeding time, it has strong application value of vagina.
