摘  要:胜利采油厂修井作业一直使用油田净化水作为入井液进行施工。每年修井作业约2 800井次,有95%的作业井需要用到入井液。针对作业施工中因入井液存在固相颗粒严重超标,参杂废液造成严重影响施工质量,污染油层,工序返工等问题,通过对施工现场储液罐进行技术配套、现场实施技术检验,以及对施工车辆进行废液回收流程控制等措施,逐步实现入井液的清洁入井。Oilfield purified water has long been used as operation fluid in the work-over operation in Shengli Oil Production Plant. 90% of the approximate 2800 work-over treatments every year require operation fluid. Such problems as overproof solid particles and mixed liquid wastes have impact the construction quality seriously and caused contamination to the oil reservoir, resulting in re-work in the construction. Clean operation fluid injection has been verified through series of technological treatments of the liquid storage tanks, on-site technical tests and process control of the waste liquid recovery in the vehicles.
