摘　　要：作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,庄子的自由逍遥思想影响至今。庄子以其人生经历和体验告诉我们:人生是一个苦痛的过程,当人们追求现实的幸福无望时,只能把对美好的追求迁回自己的内心,在自己的心灵中营造一个逍遥自由的境界。走上并走通这条逍遥自由之路,必须以齐物为前提和基础,在心灵中消解、忘记和超越一切外物的干扰,甚至包括己身和己心,达到无己状态。@@@@As an important part of Chinese traditional culture ,the idea of Zhuangzi free and Getaway has been impact so far . But born in troubled times ,was Zhuangzi really free Happy ?Zhuangzi life experiences and experience tell us ,Life is a painful journey ,and facing the real threat all the time ,This is the fate of the wicked world to bring people .When hopeless to the pursuit of real happiness ,only the pursuit of a better migration back to their own hearts and create a free and unfettered freedom realm in their minds .To strike and walk through the realm of the free and unfettered freedom ,the basis is the equal‐ity of things .Only in the mind ,forget abandoned and beyond the interference of all objects ,even including their own body and their own hearts .The Getaway of Zhuangzi pointed the way of a spirit for people .
