摘　　要：2012年12月22日,中国法律思想史专业委员会、北京市法学会中国法律文化研究会在中国人民大学法学院举办了主题为"先秦法文化研究的新视野与当下学术研究之探索"的2012年学术年会,本次会议汇集了法律思想史领域老中青三代的120多位学者,整个会议充满着浓厚的危机意识,无论是针对主题,还是在主题之外,学者们通过不同角度和方式探讨了法律思想史学科发展的前景和方式。Chinese Legal History of Professional Committee and Chinese legal culture institue of Beijing Society of Law held the theme of 2012 Year Academic Conference on the new vision for the Pre - Qin legal culture research regarding the current academic exploration in the Chinese People＇ s University on Dee 22, 2012. This meeting brought together more than 120 of scholars with elder, middle and younger aged whereas they were full of strong sense of crisis. The scholars talked over approaching the prospects and the way in the development of legal history on its subjects both within and out concerning the theme of this conference.
