计算机信息技术在抗菌药物临床管理中的作用

摘　　要：在医院临床信息管理系统基础上,开发抗菌药物监控管理子系统,系统功能包括抗菌药物越权管理、围手术期预防用药、治疗性用药、耐药性预警、使用量动态监测与统计、点评等功能。利用计算机信息技术对抗菌药物临床使用进行全面监测,促进医院合理使用抗菌药物。抗菌药物监控管理系统对规范医生抗菌药物使用行为,提高医院抗菌药物管理水平起到了较好的作用。On the basis of clinical information management system in hospitals, the subsystem for monitoring and the management of antibacterial drugs was developed. The functions of the subsystem include the exceeding authority management of antibacterial drugs, prophylactic drug use in perioperative period, therapeutic drug use, early warning of drug resistance, dynamic monitoring and statistics of drug dosage, comments and so on. Computer information technology was used to monitor the clinical use of antibacterial drugs comprehensively, and to facilitate the rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals. The monitoring and management system of antibacterial drugs played a good role in regulating the antibacterial drug use behavior by doctors and improving the management level of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.
