改良灌肠法联合综合护理干预在灌肠护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良灌肠法联合综合护理干预对灌肠患者的灌肠效果(灌肠的次数、肠道准备的质量)及预防、降低肠黏膜损伤的效果。方法将行肠道准备肠镜检查的120例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规灌肠方法;观察组采用改良灌肠法联合综合护理干预(灌肠前对患者给予健康教育和饮食、心理指导等)。对2组患者灌肠的次数、肠道准备的质量及肠黏膜损伤情况进行比较。结果观察组肠道准备质量好者58例(96.7%),对照组肠道准备质量好者45例(75.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组清洁灌肠所需的次数显著少于对照组、肠道黏膜损伤(8.3%)显著低于对照组(33.3%)(均P<0.05)。结论改良灌肠法联合综合护理干预可有效地预防患者灌肠所致的肠黏膜损伤。Objective To observe the effects of modified cleaning clysis combined with compreh- ensive nursing intervention on clysis efficacy （the number of clysis and the quality of bowel preparation）and intestinal mucosal injury. Methods A total of 120 patients who required bowel preparation for enteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated by conventional clysis method. The observation group was given modified cleaning clysis and comprehensive nursing intervention （health education, diet counseling and psycho- logical guidance before clysis）. The number of clysis, quality of bowel preparation and intestinal muco- sal injury were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group,the modified cleaning clysis combined with comprehensive nursing intervention significantly increased the percentage of patients receiving good bowel preparation （96.7% vs 75.0% ,P〈0.05）,but obviously decreased the number of clysis and intestinal mucosal injury（8.3% vs 33.3%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified cleaning clysis combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can prevent intestinal mucosal injury caused by clvsis.
