摘　　要：CO2汽提法尿素脱氢装置能否正常运行,直接关系到尿素主装置的安全运行。概述了其设置脱氢装置的必要性、工艺原理及工艺流程;介绍A公司1000t/d CO2汽提法尿素脱氢装置发生的超温事件经过、处理、原因分析及预防措施。仅供同行在处理类似事件中借鉴和参考。Whether the dehydrogenation device can operate normally or not concerns the safety operation of main urea device directly during CO2 stripping process. Hereby summarized the necessity of dehydrogenation device, as well as the technical principle and process;Introduced the process, treatment, cause analysis and prevention measures of the overheat event that happened in company A for 1000t/d urea dehydrogenation device with CO2 stripping methods. Only use for reference by counterparts when treat the similar events.
