摘　　要：阐述了参考咨询服务的概念和内涵,及在网络环境下图书馆的参考咨询工作由传统模式向现代模式过渡的必然性。论述了在信息技术不断发展的大背景下,图书馆现代化对参考咨询馆员素质的要求,从而提出医学专业图书馆应与时俱进地多方位开展信息服务,并做好参考咨询工作。The paper describes the conception and significance of reference service, and points out the inexorable trend that the library traditional reference service tends to modern form in network environment, and in the background of constant development of information techniques, library modernization needs enhancing the reference librarian＇ s quality, so as to promote the reference service even bettor.
