农村土地整治项目管理模式选择方法研究

摘　　要：依据工程项目管理理论,拟定3种可行的农村土地整治项目管理模式;针对项目特点构建项目管理模式的选择模型;运用模糊层次分析法确定模型中指标的相对权重和综合权重,并采用专家组打分的方法确定其指标值;通过计算各备选方案的综合得分,选出最优备选方案。通过实际应用表明,为业主选择合适的项目管理模式提供了一种行之有效的方法,对提高项目管理水平具有理论和现实意义。Article based on the theory of project management, proposed three kinds of feasible project management mode; According to the characteristics of the project construction project management mode choice model, with the fuzzy hierarchy analysis, the article determined the relative rate of the indicators and the comprehensive rates in the model through experts grading methods, and determined the parameter values; By calculating the comprehensive score of each alternative, the optimal alternatives were selected. Application shows that the article provides an effective method for house owner to choose the appropriate project management model, having theoretical and practical significance to improve the level of project management.
