摘　　要：旅游景区作为旅游产业的支柱之一,其经营管理水平直接决定了当地旅游业的发展水平,而景区人才是经营管理的核心要素。文章在对国内旅游景区人才需求进行一般分析的基础上,对新疆旅游景区人力资源现状和需求趋势进行调研,并对景区人才教育模式提出建议。As a pillar industry of tourism,the quality of management of the scenic spots directly affects the level of a region’s tourism,and the talent is the core factor of its management.This article firstly analyzes the literatures about the trend of talent demanding,then based on the survey of scenic spots of Xinjiang,it studies the existing conditions and trend.In the end,it puts forward some suggestions on the pattern of talent education.
