摘　　要：从党的十二大到十七大召开以来,党的指导思想理论创新就在不断地发展,先后形成了一系列具有重大战略性的思想理论创新成果:邓小平理论"、三个代表"重要思想以及科学发展观。在这个过程中逐渐形成了一些比较鲜明的特征:科学性、实践性、时代性、人民性、继承性、民族性、整合性和创新性。正是因为有了这些基本特征的存在,才使得党的指导思想有了更加旺盛的生命力,为时代注入了新的活力。From the twelfth until the Seventeenth National Congress,the Party’s guiding ideology theory innovation is in constant development,has formed a series of important strategic thought theory innovation achievement：Dengxiaoping theory and the important thought of＂Three represents＂and the scientific concept of development.In this guide the practice of ideological theory innovation process,formed the following some more vivid characteristics：scientific,practical,times,universal,inheritance,nationality,integrated and creatively.It is because of these basic characteristics of existence,just make the Party’s guiding ideology with more exuberant vitality,new vigor into the times.
