摘　　要：针对我公司抽油杆产品在锻造过程中,用于工位转换的辅助装置平衡架,长期以来要靠专人手工操作、动作不协调、操作不便、生产效率低、生产的抽油杆杆端直线度超差等情况,研制出一种平锻机工位转换器。介绍了转换器的结构及工作原理。生产实践表明,该转换器运行平稳,定位准确,操作简单。During the process of forging the sucker rod, the auxiliary device balance frame used in station convertor is operated by professional. There are some problems such as uncoordinated movements, inconvenient operation, low production efficiency and low processing quality. Aiming at above problems, a station convertor for horizontal forging machine is developed. The structure and principle of the convertor is introduced. The production practices show that the convertor has a stable running, accurate positioning and simple operation.
