摘  要:简述传统中药药物代谢研究方法的现状与不足,指出利用微生物药代模型进行中药药代研究的技术优势,认为它为中药药物代谢研究提供了新的思路与方法。通过对独特的"双向发酵"技术实用意义及应用前景的深入分析,提出运用其建立中药微生物药代谢模型的设想。In this manuscript,the progress and deficiency of drug metabolism of traditional Chinese herbs were introduced. The technical advantages were pointed out that drug metabolism research was performed by using the microbial models which provide a novel ways for Chinese herbs drug metabolism. Based on the analysis of practical meaning and prospect of the special "bi-directional fermentation" technology, the assumption of establishing the microbial models of drug metabolism of Chinese herbs was suggested by applying this technology.
