摘　　要：光网城市是实现信息化的重要载体和经济社会发展的关键通信网络体系,我国高度重视光网城市建设,并取得了积极进展。本文结合光网城市的理论研究与国内外建设实践,提炼了光网城市内涵与特征,剖析了我国在推进光网城市建设中遇到的主要问题及瓶颈,进而阐述了相应的对策建议。The urban optical network is an important carrier for information and the key communications network system for strategy？of economic？and？social. China attaches great importance to the urban optical network construction, and has made positive progress. This article analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign urban optical networks Construction, refines connotation and Characteristics of the urban optical networks, and analyzes the problems in China＇s Urban optical networks construction. Finally, it describes the appropriate countermeasures.
