摘　　要：结合企业实施ERP(企业资源计划)的具体实践,阐述了如何利用ERP系统进行制造型企业的管理创新。针对制造行业实施ERP系统方案过程中存在的问题,通过对JDE、CTI、以及中间键接口技术、第三方物流中的应用问题的分析,提出了制造行业ERP系成解决方案,并以某家大型制造企业的某项目中的数据为例,详细论述了ERP系统解决方案的设计、实现过程。In this paper enterprises to implement ERP（enterprise resource planning） of the specific practice,describes how to use the ERP system for manufacturing enterprise management innovation.Implementation of ERP systems for manufacturing industries program of the problems,the paper by JDE,CTI,and the middle button interface technology,the application of third-party logistics in the analysis,the ERP system into the manufacturing industry solutions,and to a home large manufacturing enterprises in a project data,for example,discusses in detail the design of ERP systems solutions,the implementation process.
