酸性硫酸钙杀灭微生物效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究酸性硫酸钙(ACS)杀灭微生物的效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对酸性硫酸钙杀灭微生物的效果进行了实验室观察。结果 ACS以800倍稀释液作用10 min,对铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值为6.48;以400倍稀释液作用30 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值为5.98;以200倍稀释液作用20 min,对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值为6.17;以100倍稀释液作用30 min,对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活对数值≥4.00。结论 ACS对细菌繁殖体和病毒均有良好的杀灭效果。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of acidic calcium sulfate（ACS）.Methods To observe the germicidal efficacy of acidic calcium sulfate in the laboratory,suspension quantitative germicidal test was used.Results The killing logarithm value of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the 800 times dilution of ACS for 10 min was 6.48.That of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the 400 times dilution of ACS for 30 min was 5.98.That of Escherichia coli exposed to the 200 times dilution of ACS for 20 min was 6.17.That of Poliovirus-I exposed to the 100 times dilution of ACS for 30 min was ≥4.00.Conclusion ACS has good efficacy on killing vegetative form bacterial and virus.
